The challengesA start up environment which is tough and need to use skype to communicate with other colleagues in other state. Stressful when incharge a project alone in a short deadline for an intern.

The challengesTense working culture, lack of resources and labor, didn't have standard procedures for certain things, didn't have proper guidance while working, unavailable to claim travel allowances as been told.

Plenty of opportunity environment

The good thingsThe age group of the employees are similar and everyone is willing to help each other. The company had some history in the past and i am glad that the current batch of employees stick to the company and bring it back to its former glory.

The challengesManpower is under staff but a great opportunity to learn a lot of things. It is hard to find colleagues that are willing to put in the same effort. But it is better than having office politics in my previous company.
