    The challengesKPIs are frequently revised, which can create challenges in maintaining consistent performance targets. Communication style from management could be improved to ensure a consistently professional and respectful working environment. Relatively high staff turnover within the department, which may affect team stability and workload distribution. Micro manage, amend almost everything from time to time.

    The good thingsWhat I enjoyed most in the Warehouse Team Leader role at this company was the fast-paced environment and the sense of accomplishment when everything came together smoothly. I found it rewarding to lead a team in managing complex logistics, ensuring that shipments were processed efficiently and delivered on time. The challenge of optimizing warehouse operations, improving processes, and implementing solutions to enhance performance was fulfilling. I also appreciated the opportunity to work closely with various departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration to meet customer expectations and maintain high service standards. Ultimately, the ability to contribute directly to customer satisfaction and team success was the most enjoyable part of the role.
    The challengesIn my experience, one of the most difficult aspects was managing the constant pressure to meet strict delivery deadlines while ensuring the accuracy of shipments. The fast-paced nature of the courier industry meant that delays or errors could have significant impacts on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Coordinating with a large team during peak periods, such as public holiday seasons, while keeping morale high and managing resource constraints, was also challenging.     Actually there's best experience but there's no work life balance.
    The good thingswork time is flexible, got a nice and good team leader, make your own department to make sure operation smooth
    The challengesAfter there's new department in ninja, fulfilment, I have to work alone and do all the work include team leader job scope. I have to bring the work and prepare the paperwork or task for tomorrow. Sometimes need to attend more than 5 people in one time. even though I already finish the task or the job but there's still pending and cannot be done for a few weeks. Also, sometimes I have to do the physical task because there's not enough manpower so it will be hard to me to handle the report at the same time.

    The challengesToo many voices as instructions can come from various parties such as management level, regional heads and direct superiors with a very vague direction, people tend to take for granted that you are working 24/7 as we have the internal chat app installed on our phones (it is not compulsory but everyone is expected to have that installed).

    The challengesRapid Expansion on coverage leads to an executive handling tasks should be delegated under 4 different sub-groups. It requires extra dedication and sacrifices in order to fulfill issues and tasks. Multiple fulfillment from shipper's end and customer's end which challenges priorities. In-short, short of manpower & talents. Suggest that the organisation chart should be streamlined and task delegation shall be more adequate.
