    Worst company ever I joined.
    The good thingsEvery month team lunch / dinner
    The challengesSuper toxic working environment, terrible management make the whole job unnecessary trouble. Totally no work life balance, on time go home = not doing your work = no contribute to company, but if you got family / married then you are ok to go home. Unfair for the single worker, so single worker can't have life is it?

    POOR MANAGEMENT!!!!!
    The good thingsLocated at the heart of penang , nearby got lots of delicious & affordable food for lunch.
    The challengesOverall Management/ HOD only focus on selected dept & selected employee, no matter how good is your performance is useless if you had enter the wrong dept which is not focus by management. Currently facing lack of manpower due to poor management.

    The challengesmostly staffs are chinese and it is hard for someone is not chinese or cant communicate in any chinese dialects including mandarin.

    The good thingsYearly bonus 2 months. Yearly salary increment about 4 to 5 percent.
    The challengesToo many red tape for processing the contractor claims. I believe I've done more for my job but when came to work performance appraisal results was not I was expected.
