    The challengesKept add-on heavy workloads (lack of manpower) and assigned other divisions tasks. Bad company culture (serious office politics)

    Worst company ever I joined.
    The good thingsEvery month team lunch / dinner
    The challengesSuper toxic working environment, terrible management make the whole job unnecessary trouble. Totally no work life balance, on time go home = not doing your work = no contribute to company, but if you got family / married then you are ok to go home. Unfair for the single worker, so single worker can't have life is it?
