The challengesDemanding management style with unnecessary tasks, high expectations and tight deadlines. Workload is intense, and employees may need to be available online beyond working hours, weekend, and PH, especially the campaign PIC.
Communication can be quite critical, and team dynamics may feel uneven at times (favoritism). Job scope may extend beyond what was initially shared, including live hosting and being on-call during weekends or leave.
No annual or medical leave during probation, and confirmation may take longer (up to 1 year) based on management’s discretion. There may also be differences between what was shared during hiring and the actual company setup (at my time, less than 10 person in the company). No OT, but may have to stay late to finish task.
Highly micromanaged to learn fast, but still expected to think independently with little time to process. Ultra fast pace, with decision being made last minutes.
