    Zero flexibility, zero accountability, rigid culture, backward n traditional company
    The good thingsGreat colleagues (not bosses). That's about it.
    The challengesThe company micromanages everything to the core. Its already 2026 yet there's zero flexibility in this rigid culture, backward n traditional company. Everything is manual here. Managers eat away your confidence by constantly making you feel not good enough, there's no trust in staff, other departments (especially Admin) never take accountability over anything. The fault n incompetence of others but other people are taking the hit. The company operate on a shoestring budget while demanding the stars. All in all, its a terrible place to work.

    The challengesA survival ground, not a workplace. A low-trust environment where people mostly look out for themselves. You will feel on edge everyday. If you just want to do your job without watching your back every day, look elsewhere.

    Great place for grow especially for fresh graduate or single/unmarried. Have a lot of opportunities to learn. Not very good for married/family as no work life balance.
    The good thingsIncrement based on KPI. Compared with other company in the same field, Novugen give quite high increment (big difference). Friendly colleague, approachable managers/expats and all department working together to achieve one goal. Very good to learn and grow.
    The challengesOne role but might have to work multiple task including the task which is in different role. Work life balance is challenging. However for single/unmarried this should be fine as we can grow and learn based on the task/responsibility assigned.

    Good for only learning opportunities
    The good thingsNo politics in department, everyone is very close. A great learning platform if you do not mind doing everything. Good direct supervisor that is willing to give broad exposure if you show eagerness to learn.
    The challengesNo employee engagement at all. It all work & no play. No recognition/rewards to those that work low profile projects/tasks.
