Managers eat away your confidence by constantly making you feel not good enough, there's no trust in staff, other departments (especially Admin) never take accountability over anything. The fault n incompetence of others but other people are taking the hit. The company operate on a shoestring budget while demanding the stars. All in all, its a terrible place to work.
