A place that presents ample of opportunities, it's whether you dare to grab them.
The good thingsIndividuals are respected fairly and evaluated based on merits. However, self-discipline, independence and the urge to improve one self is highly valued and expected as part of individual growth.
The challengesMore structured organization in the making and upcoming seniors would one day be able to bring others up. No doubt this will take time and effort.

boss is very take care of the staff...but they r very serious in deadline
The good thingsboss area good, very take care staff ，all their staff also very kind n helpful n crazy team... they r full of passion in interior designing...all of their staff willing to teach... good office management. good n nice office environment, have lot of staff activity, like team building, company trip, staff lunch n dinner sometime, staff badminton, sing k, etc... full of good memory for me... thanks a lot...
