    Great Job Advancement
    The good thingsThe work needs you to have a good balance between the business and technical side of an IT project. Employer acknowledged all the hard work that you have given for the project and I am rewarded appropriately.
    The challengesSome people might find it tough to have the business and technical knowledge to complete a project. Big expectation from the employer and bigger from the client because of the project's significance for the client's business process. You will be expected to take part in all stages of the project, from business requirement to the sign off.
