The challengesThe workload is not worth the salary paid. 1 day work is like 1 week and more work. Some more, the management is very bad, less empathy and employees always feel demotivated. I;m not sure other department, but contact centre is indeed the last place you want to be in this company. No wonder people resigns almost everyday.
