    Challenging Work Environment
The good thingsThe internal software system and support are efficient, but beyond that, there’s little to appreciate about working here.
The challengesThe work environment is deeply stressful and often feels toxic. While there are anti-bully policies in place, their enforcement is questionable, allowing unhealthy dynamics to go unchecked.

Great place to start as fresh graduate but limited growth opportunity after some time.
The good thingsSlightly below average starting pay. Great place to start as fresh-graduate. Provide lots of training and career advancement program. Allow hybrid work mode.
The challengesManagement is conservative, rigid and have lots of procedure to follow. Limited career growth opportunities. Require to work overtime. Slow salary growth. Must be good in office politics to survive.

    Good structure and compliance
The good thingsStructure of the department is good and everything assigned properly. SLA between department stated cleary and less conflict experience during working time there. For compliance, good control compare to other bank (had deal with lot bank and discuss on their control level).
The challengesEach staff are expected to multitasking. By referring to job function, what i handle in my team, basically cover few department in bank such as CIMB / RHB / UOB. In knowledge perspective, we should better than others.
