    Not being transparent management
    The good thingsI was offered to Service Engineer. But once I became service engineer, I became the owner of the organisation. All the facilities, machine and even the painting job also I have to do. And I am the only service engineer in this company. Al need to be on standby 24/7. Operation team will be calling for my mobile phone no matter what time it is. And there’s only me that need to settle down the issue. If I go back home late for 3-4 hrs, next day I only got 30minutes time off. This was the most worst company I’ve ever joined. The most important things, HR will never hand to you the employee handbook and JD. So they cam change it anytime they want to suits their needs.
    The challengesCannot take long leave. Maximum 2 days. That also consider like whole year leave. Weekends need to standby. No OT. NO ALLOWANCE
