Farmasi OK Sdn Bhd is started at year 2012 and soon expand tremendously in Klang Valley area. We are having 3 branches in Klang valley area. The company is leaded by young pharmacists with passion and energitic idea. From the starting point till now, lots of obstacles overcome by company and now heading to a few more branches in year 2014. Company now is diversified into other sectors such as manufacturing, beauty and healthcare line.We would like to invite individual who are enthusiated, passionate and motivated to join our team. By year 2015, Farmasi OK has reach 6 outlets and 2 more outles is coming in this year. Lots excitements and achievement waits u to join us. Our average years of directors are between 25-30years old. We are young, energatic and passion toward our pharmacy retail career. We will continue fight toward our target.Hope to see you all soon .By year 2016, Farmasi OK has developed into 9 outlets chain pharmacy in klang valley area within 4 years. Expansion will be carried on for the following years.

Knowledge that can never be gained anywhere else.

The good thingsI enjoyed my working experience here. The pharmacist was kind and other working mates were cooperative. Salary was given on time including epf and socso, there were time salary was slightly late but usually only because of bank issues and takes 2-3 days only. Learned a lot of medication knowledge which helps me to pursue my studies now. We rarely have good relationship with the boss, but doesn't matter because we rarely meet them. Enjoyed the working experience overall.

The challengesThe challenges I faced was sometimes the money becomes short by few cent which is weird why it happens apart from it's a good job for first timers. We have our cleaning routine of keeping the pharmacy clean and our pantry organized as well as the pharmacy goods. Apart from that, need to continuously stand outside to promote our inhouse brand which is milk. Overall, wasn't that bad. However, kudos to the pharmacist. Please give him a raise in his salary, he really deserves it. Ex-Retail Assistant Ok Pharmacy JA.

The good thingsGet two off days, job is mainly focus on sales, ordering is centralised to warehouse, just mention what you need instead of ordering from a lot of different supplier

The challengesduring a meeting, the HR person says this - "Pharmacist cannot take EL or MC". How can you say this? That's not right. please consider what your employees might think of you as a boss and company before you policies

You will regret joining and by the time you realize its too late.

The good thingsGood coworkers, not a lot of paperwork. Lots of items to sell for commision.

The challengesWe should be able to take longer leaves, considering the fact that there's no OT for Pharmacists. Better management, some rules are so random. There are no benefits to working here if you don't have any staff purchases discount, no OT and can't take extended leaves.
