No growth, lack of opportunities, corrupt management
The good thingsNothing good can be said about this company except it's an MNC
The challengesTerrible leadership, if you work here you will not have a proper job scope, 1 minute you could be doing something else and the next you will be thrown into another direction. Lack of resources and too much of processes involved.

An MNC with a good position for growth with many constraints in its way to progress
The good thingsOpportunity to experience work out of your scope.
The challengesToo much politics, incompetent local management that has their own agenda, not interested in developing people. Finger pointing culture with no basis for their assumptions. No proper job design that does not define your boundaries, work load keeps increasing from other departments that can't handle their jobs properly due to incompetency.
