No growth, lack of opportunities, corrupt management
The good thingsNothing good can be said about this company except it's an MNC
The challengesTerrible leadership, if you work here you will not have a proper job scope, 1 minute you could be doing something else and the next you will be thrown into another direction. Lack of resources and too much of processes involved.

An MNC with a good position for growth with many constraints in its way to progress
The good thingsOpportunity to experience work out of your scope.
The challengesToo much politics, incompetent local management that has their own agenda, not interested in developing people. Finger pointing culture with no basis for their assumptions. No proper job design that does not define your boundaries, work load keeps increasing from other departments that can't handle their jobs properly due to incompetency.

The challenges• Inspect and test products being produced. • Accept or reject finished items. • Send all products and materials that fail to meet specifications to production. With these qualifications, I believe I am a strong candidate for your required position.

One of the best company to work with friendly environment
The good thingsFunctional Structure - Direct reporting makes effective decision making process. Always willing to listen to the proposals and looking forward for improvements. Chances to meet up top management staff for discussion are most welcome in this industry
The challengesLimited authority on the area of coverage cause facing difficulties on decision making process. Most of the employees been working here almost more than 25 years with old technology whereby some reports still maintain in manual mode.

You just have to stay relevant.
The good thingsYou can learn European equipment design especially in mechanical. They are proven reliable and higher quality. HR have no problem sending people to technical training even if it's expensive. You can collect certificate as many as you like.
The challengesMany people are comfortable working there especially the old timer. So they will do anything to make things stay that way. New comer will have to adapt and follow their style, if not very difficult to work.
