    Nothing great to take away. No opportunity to learn new things. Able to cope with unwanted surprises.
    The good thingsNothing good which one can think off.
    The challengesNo teamwork. Very strong blaming games going on. Very pushy & harsh. No room to grow. Consistent negative feedback from colleagues & direct report.
