Clean up the leadership culture, prioritize professionalism over favoritism, and treat employees with respect. Without fundamental change, the company risks losing both its people and its clients. If you are no longer working here, count your blessings.

The good thingsThey don’t like honesty and truth - so if you are a true professional with ethics, they will play you dirty - but it’s a blessing in disguise to be out of this unclean cleaning waste company.

The challenges• Toxic work culture run on blind loyalty rather than merit. Incapable HR team and MD. Group HR is no less - cult-like • HR does unprecedented things and MD openly use unprofessional language and lies to the core and show zero accountability. MD and HR are two peas in a pod. • Favoritism is rampant while skilled employees are ignored or pushed out. Incapable staff stay on. • Mismanagement has already driven away key clients, and it’s only a matter of time before more follow. • Not a place for anyone who values professionalism, ethics, or career growth.

The good thingsWorking environment are good and salary release early and many colleagues is friendly

The challenges1.Work pressure, especially when working in a China company, is severely involution not everyone acceptable.2.Future faking, but also the poor internal management system that leads to a high turnover rate, HR lack of professionalism, everything need you figure it out by urself no guidance! 3. payroll team frequently miss-calculate your OT & salary, you must pay more attention every single month.
