    The good thingsLearn and gain experiences to work with xforce team. Xforce members really help me a lot to improves my communication skill, customers service and sales technique. The most important thing i get my own passive income.Until now i still get my incentives from this company although i dont work there anymore
    The challengesThis most challengers things is, to compete with others giant competitors. Its really though, because of their brand exposure is higher than this company. But with a unique marketing strategy and support from management , we still manage to identified new prospect and capture the right target market.
