    No appreciation for staff's contribution
    The good thingsNone for long term career
    The challengesRefrain from managerial positions as the management themselves are clueless & incompetent in critical decision making. No emphasis for Warehouse & staff / food safety This shall result to managerial turnover every 6-12 months. There are other vacancies available elsewhere, unless you're too desperate & don't mind wasting time. Good luck working here!
