The good thingsWell develop company with a good future and many customers. Company is developing to a better company with many certificate body and many opportunities.
The challengesWill not able to improve carrier due to high competition with senior staff which have high influence the managing director especially in making decision. Low starting salary and low chance for appraisal due to jealousy from senior staff. Unable to show full potential due to restrict carrier development.
