The good things- Working Environment is good, no company politics. - Satisfied with the employee Benefits package. - Boss cherish employee effort, can earn extra income based on project handling occasionally. - Colleague is all young, creative and easy to communicate.

The challenges- sometimes too much flexible will let people loss focus and become lazy, specially for those who are not discipline enough to monitor themselves. - managerial team lack of management skill. - Ineffective meeting and reporting setting. - Without proper KPI for career advancement.
