Promising entry, but career paths and support need improvement.
The good thingsOne of the things I truly appreciate about OSK is the leadership direction set by the Chairman. He is highly visionary, always looking ahead and driving the organisation toward long-term growth and sustainability. His forward-thinking mindset inspires confidence, innovation, and a clear sense of purpose throughout the company.
The challengesAnother concern is the lack of clear and consistent strategic direction from top management. There are high expectations for results, but the necessary guidance, resources, and support are not always provided. Strengthening leadership alignment, improving decision-making clarity, and ensuring teams are properly supported would help drive better outcomes and reduce unnecessary operational pressure.

Manager’s style detrimental to workplace culture
The good thingsNo positive qualities were evident. The manager’s conduct created persistent challenges and setbacks.
The challenges• No effective leadership strengths. • Practiced excessive micromanagement. • Publicly reprimanded staff over minor matters instead of resolving issues constructively. • Appeared willing to provide guidance during the interview but failed to do so, yet placed high expectations on new employees and reacted irritably to questions. • Pressured staff to work late (7:00–8:30 PM) despite the company’s flexible working policy. staff were required to inform her if they intended to leave on time — an unnecessary and unreasonable demand. • Frequently assigned “urgent” tasks right before the end of the day. • Escalated small issues into public conflicts, creating tension and reducing morale. • Behaved unprofessionally when staff resigned, openly showing resentment and making negative remarks about them to other departments in their presence. • Frequently made disparaging remarks about colleagues she personally disliked, undermining respect and trust.
