    The good thingsNew improvement or own initiative for the company is respected by the employer. Most of the idea that been presented will be applied to the current ISO system. Great for fresh graduate to applied what they have learn in university.
    The challengesExternal training for staff is limited, which you need to learn from the experience guy in the company. No systematic control of career development will demotivated you in the long term.

    The challengesThe top management should have better communication within the top management team; should implemented a system; direction set by employer for company and for employee are not strong enough, keep changing, this make employee tired with the progress; low salary payment and no increment on salary for few years; low allowance; employer are refuse to listen to employees' suggestion/ feedback.
