    Old School Environment
The good thingsVery good requirement documentation before any changes done to the system. Very good practice on this. Free lunch during PKP time, and no OT required. Need to come on time and can go back on time too. Annual leave is higher than another place.
The challengesMicro-manage and stressful environment. Un-friendly upper management. You can hear them screaming from inside of their room scolding the team. Un-professional language has been used. Still using paper to apply leave. Too much paper used for every process.

Toxic work culture and low chance career development
The good thingsNo overtime required. Currently during pandemic management provide free lunch meal for all staff.
The challengesOld school work culture. Too many paper/filing stuff. Senior too busybody type and always find mistakes. Also too demanding, put expectation beyond ability, never find satisfaction on anything you’re doing. Plus never appreciated your work and never put good word for you to management. Last but not least, always give poor appraisal so don’t dreaming about to get good bonus + increment.
