An experience that allow you to gain as much as skills and knowledge as possible.
The good thingsThe colleagues and all the company celebrations. The boss can be tough, but if you know and understand what he actually wants, your life will be easier. Everyone is willing to teach, even the bosses (but you might find them scary at times). But if you're willing to admit that you dont know something and want to learn, they will be open to you.
The challengesBoss can be too forward sometimes. The HR department lack solid structure and can be improved better. Other challenges is hard to connect with colleagues from Semenyih Warehouse. Since this is SME, you might not have enough resources to meet the job demand, but look at it as a challenge to adapt.

Office politics, bias, poor decision making, unrealistic KPI, inadequate training, poor management
    The good thingsColleague, celebrations
The challengesLike many other reviews have mentioned, working here can take a toll on your mental wellbeing. Office politics are quite prominent, with clear favoritism from management. Expectations can go far beyond the stated job scope, yet compensation remains stagnant. At the same time, management are not always willing to listen to people’s opinions and have sarcasm tone, which can make staff feeling undervalued. Priorities shift often, with sudden changes and ad hoc tasks piling up, making it difficult to manage workload effectively. What was presented during the interview process sounded promising, but the actual experience turned out very differently. If you prioritize your mental health and a stable work environment, it’s worth thinking carefully before joining this company. HR could be friendlier and not live in their own bubble. Try to actually see if staff and foreign worker are really happy working here. For new joiner, be careful of what you hear about previous staff, not all is true.

Avoid working here if you value your mental health.Working here has been nothing but disappointment. The boss talks a lot but rarely delivers, and decisions seem to depend entirely on mood swings. Management is heavily biased with obvious favoritism that kills team morale. The HOD acts like a know-it-all but brings no real value. There are no meaningful benefits and much of the work goes beyond our actual job scope without proper recognition. What was said during the interview was far from the truth. Don’t be fooled by appearances
