Office politics, bias, poor decision making, unrealistic KPI, inadequate training, poor managementThe good thingsColleague, celebrations
The challengesLike many other reviews have mentioned, working here can take a toll on your mental wellbeing. Office politics are quite prominent, with clear favoritism from management. Expectations can go far beyond the stated job scope, yet compensation remains stagnant. At the same time, management are not always willing to listen to people’s opinions and have sarcasm tone, which can make staff feeling undervalued. Priorities shift often, with sudden changes and ad hoc tasks piling up, making it difficult to manage workload effectively. What was presented during the interview process sounded promising, but the actual experience turned out very differently.
If you prioritize your mental health and a stable work environment, it’s worth thinking carefully before joining this company. HR could be friendlier and not live in their own bubble. Try to actually see if staff and foreign worker are really happy working here.
For new joiner, be careful of what you hear about previous staff, not all is true.
