Most worst unprofessional workplace I've joined, as compared to friendly environments of MNCs & SMEsThe good thingsSome colleagues are friendly
The challengesExtremely unprofessional company with misleading job roles. HR is unclear, makes false promises about career growth and gives confusing information on benefits. There is no proper onboarding or orientation, leaving new employees unsupported and unsure of basic processes. Claims like MC or COVID testing are said to be reimbursable but are often rejected later. Employees are forced to sign letters on the same day with no explanation, briefing, or chance to discuss.
Management is moody and unpredictable. Communication must follow strict templates, e.g., “Hi Mr. xx, may I please check…?” instead of being direct, or you risk getting scolded with harsh words. The work environment is slow, paper-heavy, outdated, and very inefficient. Favoritism and office politics dominate, making it stressful, unfair, and discouraging. Lack of transparency, accountability, proper processes and professionalism makes this a demotivating, frustrating, and exhausting workplace overall.
