    If you are searching for work-life balance, this is the right company for you!
    The good thingsAn organization under MINDEF which have a corporate-style management. Improvement is welcome by the management, stress-free work from 8am to 5pm and the most important part is our organization's roles to provide expertise and train army in their twilight years of career and veteran army to ensure they can adapt to civilian life and equip skills to them so that they can earn money for a living beyond their army service career.
    The challengesWith a limited budget, organization need to plan and prioritize programs that give the most benefits to the army and veteran army. Thus hiring permanent positions are on-hold at the moment and they only offer a 1 year-contract basis to new staff
