Good experience, but some things could be improvedThe good thingsAs a GEES, I'm thankful for having a helpful and supportive supervisor, many things to learn and the seniors are very helpful and cooperative. When you made a mistake, people usually would understand that you are new to the work and would correct you nicely, then give you a chance to grow.
The challengesIf you're just a trainee, sometimes you'd feel excluded since you'll get little to zero benefits than what the staffs are getting. Could be disheartening at times, especially as you were often among the first to be approached when volunteers were needed for events.
