The challengesIf u don't see other place to work,u can working here,but if u enter,u will always get nighmare at your sleep,many problem and not clean working place,toilet dirty and smelly.

The challengesNo proper pm and machine maintenance, budget constrait. the parts and machine keep failure and causing high downtime..need outsoure to solve but the budget cannot commit.
