The good thingsGood friendship among staff
The challengesTerrible management on the work allocation between staff. No arrangement. A lot of tender exercise because they only doing tender when there is no project on hand. No planning at all. Even during tender need to do comparison, and LOA for subcon, eventually the project get by other main con. Don't let your PC idle or using phone while works, because the director always check on cctv and u will get warning and scold by him.
