What’s it like working at Scott Park Group?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at Scott Park Group appreciate the high starting salaries and work/life balance with a 9-5 schedule. They enjoy working with professional and young co-workers, and find the overseas managers from Australia to be caring, understanding, flexible, and good communicators.

However, some potential challenges include limited opportunities for career growth and development, certain roles involving repetitive computer-based work with little variety, some management challenges such as a perceived lack of HR and accounting functions, and the need to adapt to changing scopes of work and schedules on a regular basis.

    A risk for Career Path
The good thingsThe thing that I did enjoy is being with the co-worker as they are all professional and young blood. But, in the point of developing your career here it not a good choice. The company is lack of good management skill i.e: no HR, no Accountance and etc.
The challengesThe challenges that I going through is a lot since I was the first employer employed for this company and i've been through tick and thin till where I am today. The thing that the company should improve is actually to invest on people more instead of making silly decisions, don't be so rush in expanding the workers and make use of the existing staff since they are the one that making things happen in the 1st place.

The good thingsyou work with an outsider or overseas manager from Australia, you will find out they are really take care of you, understand you very well, quite flexible, easy to communicate or hear your problem, help you in what you are doing (Works), even you are far from them but they use LYNCC as a tools to communicate others at any time, and most important things is they try to understand you.
The challenges1. You learn something new every day 2. Changes scope of works every weeks depend on the current situation 3. Need to understand very well construction of works at Australia 4. Every day different of house you need to schedule 5. You need to identify all aspect of construction must be tally with what client needs.
