    The good things1) Colleagues adopts a healthy working attitude, although morale is low but they never fail to smile or greet you. There are very little political bickering. 2) Top management has positive outlook and determination to acquire more sales. They understand they challenges and will advise accordinly 3) Salary is above average compared to other IT re-sellers and system integrator.
    The challenges1) Reputation of the company has yet to be established, previous sales strategy to focus on voice & collaboration products/services has left the company out of tune with the current market trends. 2) Company has lack of direction and no proper strategy in place, adopting the \"door knocking\" approach. No proper CRM in place with no strong existing accounts.
