    The good thingsI was entrusted with heavier responsibilities and opportunity to handle manpower projects to generate revenue to the company and working in the capacity as a Manager. In addition, i was invited to attend HR regional meetings overseas and gained insights in strategic management.
    The challengesUsually need to meet tight deadlines to submit proposal for tender. I have to be resourceful without guidance or back-up. It is challenging to manage client's expectation, diversity of culture among employees and uncertainties from the market downturn.
