    The good thingsGood and understanding bosses, good colleagues, not much drama, bosses are willing to hear you out, healthy working environment, the base pay is decent with good commission rates
    The challengesYou need to learn fast to keep up with the company's pacing and the job can get rather technical, you will mostly be alone for the job as working from home is the norm and most of the time everyone else is busy doing their own work, you need to be fast in changes as the company implements changes pretty often.
