    The good thingsThe staff always keep motivated them self to achieve the good result in their task and position. The top management always give the opportunity to other staff and the relationship between them are very good and health.
    The challengesAs member of department you have to keep support each other and gain as much new knowledge to improve yourself and your teammates. To get the attention and rewards quite challenge because the other staff their also have the skills to grab the opportunity.
