    The good thingsI recommend it to new graduates seeking experience and employment. Such a pleasant working environment, but as the company projects to another company, there is no defined career path; there is no professional progression. If a new graduate wishes to obtain experience after 2-3 years, they are prepared.
    The challengesPerks of being a representative worker: when the project company insists on assigning a task immediately, management should work hard to get the employees' attention without regard for the employees' situation or condition. It will be difficult for the employee to say no to the project company because the management team will not fight for it. But management will not fight for their employees if the project business insists on it, and without being firm, they will simply follow without fighting for the situation and condition of their employees.
