Building confidence and experience step by step.
The good thingsi've enjoyed the etrong support system and structed training provided. The company offers a creer progression path and allows consultants to build their own business with performance based on rewards. The cultured encourages self development and continuous learning which helped me grow both professionally and personally.
The challengesThe role can be challenging, especially in the early stages, as income in performance based and requires strong self discipline and consistency. it may take time to build a stable client ans base. Additional digital tools and centralized marketing support could futher enhance productivity for consultants.

Toxic working environment is getting worse
The good thingsAnnual increment and bonus
The challengesInsufficient IT investment - operations still rely heavily on paper, with outdated desktops and limited digital tools. No access to modern communication platforms such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom, which hampers collaboration and productivity. Strict limit on medical claims per visit, with no reimbursement from non-panel clinics even in emergency cases. Extreme favouritism toward individuals within the senior management's circle, resulting in unequal opportunities and biased decision-making. Limited or no career progression if you are not part of the preferred group. The senior management is known for excessive micromanagement, unprofessional conduct, and the use of inappropriate language during meetings, creating a tense and uncomfortable work environment. Hostile and top-down management culture Rigid and outdated business practices.

    Management could do better.
The good things- Quite assessable towards public transport (MRT BB - Monorel BB). - Good experience with experience staff
The challenges- Quite old way of doing things, despite the latest technology. Everything is still being done manually. - No proper training provided, just left you hanging. Not a very collaborate team either. - A lot of people still stuck with the same position even after >6 years. No career advancement. - High turnover rate in Fund Department, Keep seeing people resigning - Have to work overtime, no work life balance
