    The company requires a management overhaul as it has been struggling for years.
    The good thingsSupportive colleagues, politics-free environment, flexible working schedule.
    The challengesSalary delays, and the company did not fulfill statutory contributions such as EPF and LHDN till date. Management decisions lack clarity, the business direction is uncertain, issues are overlooked, and HR is ineffective in addressing employee concerns.

    Good place to work however...
    The good things- Colleague are nice and friendly - Good working environment
    The challenges- Poor management decisions - Late payments (Salary, EPF, PCB, etc..) - No bonus - No increment
