    The good thingsGood experience of job when starting your career. The environment is also pleasant. Teamwork and others are willing to guide. Benefits is also great here
    The challengesAfter quite some time, the career growth seems so slow. This happen when changing of Management a few times whether it is a major change / minor change. Every time they will set a new direction. What about the old direction? Has it been achieved? Then you need to start again your momentum, new bosses expect something new from you. When you have gain the momentum, the management change your boss again. This will result in many good workers to leave this amazing company. They feel demotivated by this action. Sometimes good workers doing jobs that not being seen by the bosses, but they delivering amazing performance. Often the employees that didn't do much but being promoted, this will make the turnover of the good staffs. The company itself got a good name, but in the inside, only peoples that work there will feel and understand, that political interference is not good. The new leaders is kind of lost what to do and just do what they want actually. The result is, good employees will leave the bosses, not the company.
