    The good thingsThe staff here are friendly, and have stuff purchase.
    The challengesWorking hours are not flexible. Late for 5 minutes will start to deduct your salary. Most of the time need to handle operation taks. Not as fit as the job scope. Need to compensate when you ship wrong parcel. Salary is below average. Poor management. Benefit is not advantage. Requires you to work on Sat and Sun, although it stated 5 working days.

    The challengesReady to work till midnight and weekends, no proper planning or SOP to be followed, Turn over rate is super high. Negativity vibes.
