Too much hassle, too little empathy
The good thingsThe company seems to strictly adhere to its working hours and would not require the staff to work longer for no reason. On the personal level, some colleagues are pretty amicable and easy to get along with.
The challengesFor a job which handles an already huge number of tasks and responsibilities for its salary, it adds on even more burden when the head of department (HOD) insists on a voluminous amount of paperwork for just about every trivial matter. Problem is compounded with a system interface that is not user friendly and does not offer comprehensive data.
