    The challengesHigher management doesn’t interfere/investigate when a dept has a very high turnover rate. Too hierarchical. Partners don’t respect their staffs time. Old fashion working style. Bad bad PR towards the staffs.

    The challenges-I was expected to work 24/7 -I was only allowed to work in areas which my boss think I am good at and have no chance to even try other type of work - waste a lot of time for internal meetings with my boss to resolve internal staff' issues including personal issues after working hours which is not related with my scope of work
