The good thingsIf you’re someone who prefers not to think too much, this company can be a surprisingly comfortable fit. Clear instructions are always provided—sometimes multiple times—ensuring that you will never have to worry about making your own decisions. There is always “homework” to complete, and once you’re done, it will be reviewed in detail, just like a teacher checking assignments. For individuals without a strong personal direction or who enjoy being guided step-by-step, the structure here offers a very “reassuring” environment.
The challengesThe real experience begins when you try to understand whose instructions to follow. The boss enjoys sharing his ‘wisdom,’ expecting everyone to follow along without question, even though his ideas often shift or disappear overnight. His dynamic relationship with his wife adds a fun twist, his wife enjoys stepping into various roles and providing her 'insights' as well. This delightful couple’s differing opinions can make it a challenge for employees to know who to listen to, leaving employees in a bit of a bind. If you don't mind on taking on multiple roles while receiving a single salary, this is definitely the place for you!
