    The good things~ There are ample opportunities to learn about process operations and refinery systems, making it an excellent starting point for fresh graduates to gain valuable exposure to industrial workflows and operations.
    The challenges~ If anyone claims that the pay here is good, it's definitely misleading, as the salary is significantly lower than the market standards. ~The management culture is weak, with inexperienced individuals placed in top positions, leading to inefficiency and an overall lack of competence within the team
