    The challengesNo increment - No bonus - R&D HOD does not know how to manage team - Too much work politics - Performance improvement plans used for quiet retrenchment - Talking about productivity and efficiency but still buy machines that are not productive for the technician - Management old mentality - R&D turn over rate high but still no action on the HOD - Slow growth in R&D - Recommend only for short term experience, not for growth overtime

    Experience during working in Rovski
    The good thingsManagement always put the staff as priority in term of safety and wellbeing as well as benefit to the staff. Always keep improve and open for any ideas in improving process and procedure etc. Decision making are fast and easy to communicate with Management level.
    The challengesHandling with some staff who do not give cooperation are very troublesome.
