    Good Benefit, Though environment due to superior
    The good thingsGreat staff benefit like leave entitlement , holiday and work life balance. Never bring back work to home as support. Nice team mates. Stable product(for local product).
    The challengesDifficult to have career progression and need to deal with a superior that never fight for his/her subordinate. No place to report about the bad as highest hierarchy in team never take action. HR didn't helpful. Must accept that whole company can join for all company event but not support. Support never gonna leave early although just for a few hour due to annual dinner (Need to leave on time for example: leave at 5p.m. but event start at 5.00 p.m. as well).
