    Underpaid, Overworked, Undervalued
The good thingsHousing allowance, medical claim, limited dental claim
The challengesMost challenges stem from internal politics in Sarawak Technology projects, which heavily influence decisions and priorities. Management often doesn’t genuinely listen to staff, especially junior employees. Although the company claims to use Agile Scrum, work is still done like a waterfall system because projects follow quarterly and yearly contracts. Mandays are used to force everyone to work at least 7 hours daily, making the system rigid and stressful. Salaries are far below market rate — fresh graduates may earn around RM2,900 while similar roles elsewhere pay about RM6,000, less than 80% of market value. KPIs are strict and often favor middle management, while junior staff are blamed when problems arise. Divisions work in silos, training opportunities are limited for juniors, and fresh graduates frequently handle multiple roles while managers avoid accountability, leading to stress, low motivation, and limited career growth.

The only thing "agile" here is how quickly priorities change.
The good thingsYou’ll build things that look great on a CV — even if you’re the only one doing the actual building.
The challengesAgile turned into a buzzword excuse to skip proper planning. There's no real backlog grooming — just rushed sprint planning with unprioritized stories. You’ll juggle bug fixes, new features, and patch requests all in the same sprint. Team velocity is punished, not improved.

A company with good benefits and bad cultureOne of the worst company I have ever worked in, in terms of leaderships and communication. Employee benefits are indeed great, but no amount of money can compensate your mental health working with bosses who called themselves leaders but lacked empathy. When real issues were raised, they just keep silent, avoid, choose favouritism, sabotage the true stories, sweep problems under the rugs to protect themselves from being exposed. Full of narcisist senior coworkers who do not know what teamwork is and what a good communication look like, felt challenged/insecure when younger generations / new joiners are more capable & hardworking than them, being freeriders riding on hardworkers and get away from it. Instead of inovating and honour integrity (ironically two of the company's core values), bosses stop you from performing while allowing those seniors to get away without contributing to the team.

If you’re a fresh graduate, this could be a good starting point to gain experience. But if you’re looking for fast promotions or a big salary jump, you might want to explore other options after gaining some experience here.
The good thingsHave medical and dental coverage, insurance, and even housing and car loans.
The challengesPromotions are rare. Runs top down management. Unable to speak out and listened to opinion. Always micromanaged. Unrealistic workload. Work-life balance is not available. The basic salary is on the lower side compared to industry standards. Low increment. Have office politics and play favoritism.

Not recommended if you are someone who works hard
The good thingsColleagues are good and willing to help each others. It's a good place if you would want to settle down and slow down. The company will never fire you.
The challengesProject Managing kills the developers. Always accept new request during UAT hence endless delay in timeline and made the whole team suffer. Less opportunity to get promotion.

Good for fresh grad, but no career development
The good thingsGreat place for fresh grad to kick start career, but dont expect to learn from senior and being expect to be given training related to the job. Need to have your own initiative, if not you wont learn anything.
The challengesUnsupportive environment, after few years, i cant seems to see my self moving on to the next step. no career development. Stuck doing the same job for 3 years. Cant be sure for other department. But grateful for the opportunity

The challengesDepend on bos especially the lucky one . Not to mention challenging . I am working so hard but still low in salary. Even the groceries and oil is very high. Not to mention the claim is slow. Demand the high salary will be ignored. Going somewhere to attend the customer case but oil claim is slow.

Learnt lots of new thing and everyone is helpful.
The good thingsProviding training and assessment to ensure our skill is progressively growing. Periodically having company engagement to tighten bond between staff and company.
The challengesEnvironment difference between each office, example some office is too luxury than some office but i dun think this is a big matter anyways hahah
