We have adopted Integrated Standard Operating Procedures (ISOP) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) into our operations which have indeed proven to be a powerful tool in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our overall property management performance.We provides full Property and Facilities management services in a comprehensive bundle that meets the demands of any community. We are currently managing 95% of UEM Sunrise Berhad developed properties as well as external properties with over 14,000 units.SCM has won multiple awards from EdgeProp Malaysia Best Managed Property Awards for Year 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020.
