    The good thingsMNC culture, great respect of individual and clear cut of responsibilities. The company is very innovative in technology of packaging material. Management team is young and dynamic, respond to market changes readily. Most of all, the management train the employees, upgrade their skill and also recognised employee's performance and rewarded them adequately.
    The challengesDuring the budget period, in the finance department, we have to work very hard. However, post budget season, company allowed my team to take day off in replace for the late night hours we put in. The greatest challenge in the company is when the HQ buying more and more subsidiaries in Asia Pacific Region, my team has keep taking on more and more consolidation and group accounting.
